"Godzilla (1974)," who appears in "Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla," joins the Toho Great Monsters Series!
He appeared to defeat the assassin Mechagodzilla, sent by the aliens from the Third Planet of the Black Hole in space.
They fought a battle at an industrial complex, which ended in a draw.
He later appeared in Okinawa to settle things with Mechagodzilla, fighting alongside King Caesar in a fierce battle.
In the Toho Great Monsters Series, the characteristics of Godzilla (1974) have been delicately recreated in 3D.
The sharp gaze, with the head tilted slightly and looking up at Mechagodzilla, is unique to this Godzilla.
The distinctive curl of the fingers, clenched tightly with force, is another key point.
Combined with the aforementioned expression, this gives the figure a fighting spirit-filled appearance.
Also, the fine, neatly arranged folds on the body surface can be said to be a slightly different appearance feature compared to Godzillas from other eras.
