came fast but had a lot of dents if you order to open its fine good price aswell but if you order sealed product it may get damaged
it came faster then i anticipated but the boxes had a lot of dents and stuff the packaging was solid but could have been better if you order to open then its perfect but for sealed stuff might not be

Hidden charges after you purchase when you go to receive the item - usually companies put this charge upfront or tell you prior to purchasing.
Customer service don’t want to help either
If you see the pictures attached it says $70 extra to receive the item(s) FORCING you to pay
Also there is no message indicating extra shipping fee on the checkout page
If you’ll see I attached a competitors shop checkout page clearly stating “DUTIES NOT PAID” and toy store japans checkout page doesn’t state it at all!!!!!

We would like to clarify for other customers: the USD 70 was not a shipping fee or a charge from our store. It was US import duty and customs clearance fees, which are set by US Customs and collected by the carrier on delivery. Since August 2025, all shipments into the United States are subject to import duty regardless of value. We do not receive any part of these charges.
This is stated on the top page of our website, on the cart page, and in the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase: "Taxes such as customs duty and value added tax must be paid by the customer when receiving the product."
The "Estimated taxes" shown at checkout is US sales tax, which is separate from import duty.
We understand this can be confusing, and we are working to make this notice even more visible during checkout. If you have any questions before ordering, please feel free to contact us.
