Hot Wheels Basic Car Nissan Skyline GT-R (BCNR33) Vehicle Toy Mini Car Ages 3+ Gray HXR26
[Contents] In the mid-1980s, Group A touring car racing was hugely popular worldwide. Developed to win in that category, the 2nd-generation GT-R, introduced in 1989, dominated the field.
The 2nd-generation GT-R evolved through the BNR32, based on the 8th-generation Skyline, the BCNR33, based on the 9th-generation Skyline, and finally the BNR34, based on the 10th-generation Skyline.
This Hot Wheels model is based on the BCNR33, which had a larger body and improved rigidity, refining both speed and stability. The "Godzilla" nickname on the body carries a double meaning—the monster character and "something quintessentially Japanese"—and is a beloved nickname for the GT-R in America.
[Country of Origin] Malaysia
[Recommended Age] 3 years and up
[Note] The back of the blister card is in Japanese packaging.
[Perfect for Gifts] A great gift for birthdays, Christmas, entrance/graduation celebrations, and other special occasions.
[Hot Wheels] Hot Wheels = "Cool cars!" A distinctive Southern California-inspired look, fast-spinning wheels (the latest technology of its time!), and tires with a red racing stripe.
