A mysterious yo-yo that lets you make ice cream while you play!
Put ice, salt, and water into the unit, then add orange juice or other ingredients to make ice cream.
Close the lid and play with the yo-yo for about 3 minutes... as the ingredients get mixed, the inside of the unit cools down to around -7°C (measured value), turning them into ice cream.
You can also make ice cream by removing the string and rolling it.
Comes with 10 ice cream recipes!
Also includes hints and explanations for experiments—such as how "freezing point depression" makes the ice cream—that can even be used for elementary school summer vacation science projects.
